Weekend Family Tours

Weekends are for exploring!

Take an interactive art tour of the Museum designed especially for families and visitors with young children. Our friendly guides will lead you through the exhibitions, stopping at selected artworks for a closer look and responsive activities. Visitors will be given the opportunity to engage in the Kids Activity Trail, find all five Wonder Cupboards and finish up in our colourful Kids Gallery.

Tour durations are approx. 30 minutes, and will depart from the Atrium (ground floor) at 10am. Please note that children are to be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.

What to expect:
This event will be a roving tour (stairs and lift available for access to level 1) with moments of stopping at specific exhibitions. Cushions are available for children, and Museum ‘pause’ stools are available for adults.
