Helen Newman: Vestige Reimagined

Vestige is a video and sound installation that invites audiences to ponder the changing shape of loss, the space it inhabits and the resultant background hum of yearning through time. What remains in the landscape, architecture and collective memory once we are no longer here? What echoes of us exist? Do traces of those who were here before us leave ‘marks’ on the spaces we now inhabit?
