This fun, colourful exhibition played with scale, from enormous inflatable figures, huge plush toys and plastic sculptures, down to teeny tiny figurines telling playful stories.

This was an exhibition that was for the young and young at heart, a delightful walk through the world of pop culture and animation. Underlying the colourful façade, the exhibition explored the attitudes of pop culture consumers and the disposable nature of these cultural artifacts.

An original MAMA-curated exhibition, Summer POP brought together well known artists Alasdair Macintyre and Christopher Langton, to create a diverse collection of pop culture images and icons.
