Murray Art Museum Albury (MAMA) Studio Terms and Conditions

  1. No refund or credit will be given on course bookings unless the course is cancelled.
  2. MAMA reserves the right to alter any arrangements for courses either before or during the course, to cancel or terminate a course, or refuse any enrolment as permitted by law.
  3. Enrolment is not complete until full term fee has been paid; course places will not be reserved without full payment.
  4. Enrolment is not transferable.
  5. To be eligible for Concession pricing either a Student ID, Health Care Card, Pensionor Card or DVA Health Care Card must be presented.
  6. Persons between 16 and 18 years of age must complete an information register form signed by their parent or guardian.
  7. MAMA will not be liable for any loss or injury to person or property incurred whilst attending classes at MAMA.
  8. Inappropriate or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and MAMA reserves the right to remove participants if deemed disruptive to others.
