MAMA is seeking volunteers and will hold two information sessions this month for people who are interested in finding out more.MAMA is seeking people who are as bold as it is.
MAMA needs about 80 volunteers to help with visitor service activities, including tours, customer service and general duties.
Volunteers will also help the MAMA team with education and public programs, visitor relationships and exhibition tours.
Jacqui Hemsley, MAMA director, said there will be a range of interesting roles to suit all volunteers.
"If you have a passion for the arts and love people then come to MAMA. When MAMA opens, it will have one of the region's most exciting and rewarding volunteer programs."
One volunteer who has already committed to MAMA is Arthur Castley. He volunteered for a number of reasons - one of which is that he's passionate about what MAMA will bring to Albury.
Albury is a fantastic city and one of the reasons I love it is because of the diversity we have here. MAMA will contribute to our cultural diversity.
