Opening: Unrequited Love (The Great Magpesis!)

Join us for the opening of Unrequited Love (The Great Magpesis!), a solo exhibition of new paintings by artist, artist-curator and musician Sarah McEwan. The exhibition is a playful personification of McEwan’s creative process, relationship to her art practice and involvement in the art world.

Magpesis (pronounced mag-pie-sis) becomes an entity that expresses McEwan’s lifelong (and uncompromising) relationship with creativity.

Andrea Briggs will offer a curator’s introduction as part of the opening event.
